The Creative Reset
A Restorative Creative Experience Through Art + Music
The Creative Reset
When: October 11th, 2026
Location: Laguna Hills, CA
Time: 1pm-4pm
The creative reset is a three-hour, in-person creative experience designed to give you a little space away from the noise, responsibilities, and stress of everyday life.
Facilitated by a board-certified art therapist and boar-certified music therapist, the afternoon will weave together accessible artmaking, music, reflection, and opportunities to slow down and reconnect with yourself. You don’t need to be an artist or musician, and there’s nothing to be “good” at here. Come as you are, get curious, make something, listen, rest, and let yourself be poured into for a change.
Space is limited, book now to reserve your spot!

About The Creative Reset
Relax & Reset with Sound
We’ll begin The Creative Reset with an immersive music and sound experience. Through listening, humming, voice, and sound, we’ll use music as a container for slowing down, settling into our bodies, and making space for you to just be.
There’s no wrong way to participate and nothing you need to make happen, just room to listen, experiment, and reconnect with yourself through sound.
Create & Connect
You’ll be guided in creating your own inspirational artist cards using art, words, and personal meaning. You’ll have the opportunity to share your cards with others while also receiving a small collection of inspirational artist cards to take home as reminders of your creative experience.
No art experience needed, just openness to creating art inspired by self-care and reconnection with yourself.
Reflect & Set an Intention
We’ll close the workshop with gentle reflection and intention setting. Take a moment to connect with what you discovered, consider what you want to carry forward, and choose an intention to support you beyond the workshop.
