What I Offer

Individual Therapy for Adults

A woman with short dark hair, glasses, wearing a striped shirt and black blazer, speaking during a conversation in a modern office with bookshelves, plants, and a filing cabinet in the background.

I work with adults who are carrying the weight of stress, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, or the exhaustion that comes from masking their true selves. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about how to navigate the complexities of their inner world. Together, we'll create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to slow down, explore what's beneath the surface, and use both talk therapy and creative expression to process emotions, gain insight, and reconnect with your authentic self.

Neurodivergent Adult Therapy

‍ ‍I offer neuro-affirming therapy for adults who have spent years navigating a world that wasn't designed for the way they naturally think, feel, or process information. Constantly adapting to meet external expectations can leave you feeling chronically misunderstood, exhausted, and burned out. Over time, masking parts of yourself can contribute to self-doubt, anxiety, and ongoing stress.

In our work together, you'll have a space where your inner experience is honored, your needs are respected, and you are welcomed exactly as you are. Together, we'll explore your unique strengths, build self-understanding, and create pathways toward a life that feels more authentic and sustainable.

How it Works

Together, we'll explore what's been happening in your life, how it has been affecting you, and what feels most important right now. I'll gently invite you to reflect on the experiences, relationships, and significant moments that have shaped who you are, helping me better understand your inner world and the unique story you carry.

1. We begin exactly where you are.

Once we've built a foundation of trust, we'll begin gently exploring the emotions, patterns, and experiences that feel challenging, overwhelming, or difficult to understand. Through creative interventions and art-based activities, we'll access deeper layers of your story—because art has a unique ability to bring what may be outside of awareness into focus and reveal what words alone sometimes cannot express.

2. We explore what feels heavy.

Using the art you create, we'll work together to express and process emotions, make meaning of difficult experiences, and explore the themes that emerge throughout your life. From there, we'll identify supportive coping strategies, gently reshape unhelpful thought patterns, uncover meaningful insights, and strengthen your connection to your authentic self.

3. We process, integrate, and grow.
