The Creative Reset Santa Monica

The creative reset is a three-hour, in-person creative experience designed to give you a little space away from the noise, responsibilities, and stress of everyday life.
Facilitated by a board-certified art therapist and board-certified music therapist, the afternoon will weave together accessible artmaking, music, reflection, and opportunities to slow down and reconnect with yourself. You don’t need to be an artist or musician, and there’s nothing to be “good” at here. Come as you are, get curious, make something, listen, rest, and let yourself be poured into for a change.
